Our Story

Chimney Pond Capital is a real estate private equity company based out of New York City. Since the company’s inception in 2017, we have transacted over $100million in sub-institutional assets with a focus on Multi-Family, Class B Industrial and Mobile Home Parks.

We aspire to serve as a bridge between valuable capital that needs to be placed and smaller, “mom and pop” real estate operators—giving accredited investors options outside of public markets and larger, fee-heavy private investment offerings. We hope to use real estate to support emerging local industries and growing communities in tier-two east coast and mountain west growth cities, and become a top real estate private equity firm that stands out from the competition.
